New Chapter

I remember talking with you about whether we noticed a difference taking New Chapter Vitamins. I said that we both felt good, but didn't know if that was a result of the vitamins, or fresh air and exercise. You said that we could only truly tell by going off them for a period of time. As fate would have it, we did.

While paddling from Cape Caution to Rivers Inlet, we stopped at a beach to stretch our legs. We began talking with a retired Fisheries officer who told us the logging road we had planned to portage our canoe over into theCoast Mountains, had been decommissioned 7 years ago. No culverts and 7 years of alder growth. Yikes. Over a couple of days, he helped us establish an alternate route from Kemano. This meant an extra few weeks on the ocean travelling north to Kitimat, then Kemano instead of Bella Coola.

We were able to resupply at Shearwater, but we could not access our next supply of New Chapter Vitamins until Kitimat. We went about 3 weeks without them. Over that time we noticed the difference. We both began feeling slightly run down and tired more often than before. It wasn't huge, but enough for us to look forward to taking them again in Kitimat. Paddling about 8 hours a day requires all the nutrition and energy we can take. New Chapter Vitamins have proven to be an important component in our trip. Thank you for supplying us with them.

B Food Complex
Wow,worn my wrist braces the past 2 nights and started B-complex and zyflamend. Slept right through the night and woke with no pain. Greg estimated it might take a week to notice a difference but I have noticed it after the very first night.
3 good nights sleep in a row. Something I don't remember ever having in years.Actually needed my alarm clock to get me up Monday a.m. Another first in about a year.Much of the feeling has returned to my fingers and hands, only a slight tingle of pins and needles in my thumbs and next 2 fingers.
The wrist that received a steroid injection only appears just ever so slightly better than the other. Thanks guys

Blockade
Twice in the past month I started to get a cold (sore throat, phlegm, cough) and immediately started blockade (twice a day for a couple of days) the cold was stopped dead in it's tracts. when my son (age 9) started to get a cold this week I gave it to him (same dose) and his stuffy nose went away within two days. This is incredible because he typically gets very sick whenever he gets a cold due to his asthma.

I have never seen a product work like this before. It is amazing!
