I have been quite stressed for many months. I normally deal with stressbydoing exercises and watching my diet but this time it got the better of me.So much so that I was only getting 2/3 hrs good sleep a night, my appetite was erratic and my mood often anxious and unstable.

I sought out a more holistic approach to this issue which has been a frequent visitor for a few years now. I found some leaflets on Ayurveda and these led me to Ashwagandah and Valerian. Since starting to take it just 4 days ago I have slept deeply for 6/7 hrs a night. This has supported me in getting back to my simple 15 min yoga routine, given me the energy to cook properly and I feel grounded, balanced and energised.

I work as a therapist and life coach and realise that sometimes we need help to support our minds and bodies. Having previous experience with good quality supplements I have found this herbal product to be of exceptional benefit. Quite simply they feel natural and energising.

...here follows my experience of Shatavari Plus.!

After having my three children my menstrual cycle seemed to change quite radically, to the point where I decided to go to see my GP. This appointment made me feel even worse about myself, I was given a form to complete about depression, which to me was a pointless task as I knew that this was not the problem.

For about two weeks out of each month I felt like an "antichrist"! which became a problem in my family life, causing friction between my husband and I.

I went straight from the GP to my local health food centre where by chance I met one of your reps. She asked me what I was looking for to which I responded by asking where the St john�s wort was. To cut a long story short we had a chat and she recommended Shatavari Plus to me, from which point I have never looked back.

I have tried many supplements in the past, from vitamin B6 to Magnesium OK and never had success Shatavari Plus has changed my life, it has made me a much calmer person and I am actually enjoying life more, rather than seeing everything as a chore!

It also has other benefits, since having children my periods were getting more frequent and much heavier this has all gone back to how it should be. my cycle is now exactly 30 days and lasts for about 4-5 days whereas before it had reduced to 26 days and was lasting for about 7 days.

I have recommended this product to many of my friends and all in all it has been a great success with everyone.
