SPROUTING
Unsprouted seeds
are very difficult to digest. Sprouting as nature intended, biologically
activates seeds, nuts, grains and legumes. The plant proteins, essential fatty
acids, starches and vitamins are now bioavailable for human digestion,
resulting in better nutrient absorption. Sprouting also increases the vitamin
content, which naturally stabilizes the essential fatty acids, resulting in a
product that does not require refrigeration or protective packaging. Phytic
acid is reduced, which enhances mineral bioavailability. Sprouting also acts to increase the ratio of
soluble to insoluble fibre, promoting greater absorption of nutrients. Organic

Unlike more
conventional methods of drying, dehydration ensures the highest quality product
with minimal loss of pigmentation, taste or nutrients.
PROPRIETARY MILLING
Unlike conventional
mills that cause increased product temperature due to high friction, we use a
"non-friction-no heat" milling process that ensures no loss of
nutrients or decreased product stability.
